Plans and credits¶
Your plan sets how many emails your workspace can send each month, how many writing-assistant (AI) credits you get, and other workspace limits such as mailboxes and active leads. The owner can see the plan, follow credit activity and request a different plan.
Who can use this¶
- The owner sees Organization, Subscription and Settings → Plan & AI, and can request a plan change.
- Everyone who uses the writing assistant sees how many credits are left today.

Prices and limits can change. The plan cards in Subscription and the Plan tab of Organization always show the current values for your workspace.

Plans are billed in US dollars.
AI credits¶
- Credits are used only when the writing assistant creates a new draft: one credit per draft of a whole sequence (up to three steps, even if several options are created), or per template draft.
- Reviewing, editing, saving, reusing and applying drafts are free. So are templates, the Improve brief tool and writing by hand.
- Daily credits refresh each day, up to your monthly allowance.
- While a draft is being created, one credit is held. If the draft fails, it's returned.
Monthly email allowance¶
Every campaign message counts toward your monthly allowance. When it's reached, remaining messages wait instead of being sent. Mailbox daily limits and campaign daily limits are separate safety limits and apply as well.
How to see your plan and usage¶
- Open Organization.
- Overview shows Workspace at a glance: your Current plan and AI credits.
- Plan shows Included capabilities, Workspace limits (for example Team members, Mailboxes, Active leads, Open campaigns, Saved templates, Lead imports per day) and your AI allowance.
- Usage shows Credit activity: when credits were added, held during a draft, used, released or expired, with Daily credits left.
Settings → Plan & AI shows the same headline figures.
How to request a different plan¶
- Open Subscription.
- Check Current plan (and when your current period ends).
- On the plan you want, select Request this plan.
- Choose a Billing interval (Monthly or Annual), add an optional Note, and select Send request.
The Cadensiq team reviews the request and sends a manual invoice if approved. Your current plan stays active until the review is complete; the page shows Plan request under review meanwhile. Invoices appear under Invoices.
Rules to know¶
- Only the owner can request a plan change.
- There is no in-app card payment; plans are activated after manual payment confirmation.
- Running out of AI credits never blocks sending or editing. Only new drafts wait.
Common questions¶
