Organization settings

Settings holds the choices that apply to your whole workspace: how your organization appears in email, which timezone schedules use, the defaults for new campaigns, when sending pauses for safety, who receives which notifications, and who owns the workspace. Every change is recorded in the workspace activity history.

Who can use this

Only the owner can open Settings. Connected mailboxes are managed in Mailboxes, not here.

Key concepts

Settings has five tabs:

Tab Contains
Organization Organization profile, Workspace ownership, Workspace activity
Workspace Workspace timezone, New campaign defaults, Sending domains
Safety & delivery Mailbox safety
Notifications Notification preferences
Plan & AI Your plan, AI credits remaining and active-lead limit

Organization profile

  1. Open Settings → Organization.
  2. Update Organization name, Owner name, Contact email, Contact phone, Tagline and Business address, and upload or change your logo.
  3. Select Save organization profile.

Your logo, organization name and tagline appear at the top of every Rich email. New campaigns use your tagline automatically; it never defaults to a made-up line.

Workspace timezone

  1. Open Settings → Workspace.
  2. In Workspace timezone, search by city or region (for example New York or Karachi) and pick the timezone.
  3. Select Save timezone.

Campaign sending windows and weekday rules use this timezone unless a campaign chooses its own.

New campaign defaults

These values prefill new campaigns. Existing drafts and prepared messages are not changed.

Field Meaning
Default sender name The name used for new campaigns, for example Sample company team
Default reply-to email Where replies go, if different from the sending address
Daily sending limit Daily maximum for new campaigns
Sending window starts / Sending window ends The hours new campaigns may send, in the workspace timezone
Minimum delay (seconds) / Maximum delay (seconds) The random pause between sends. The maximum must be at least the minimum.

Select Save campaign defaults.

Sending domains

The Sending domains card on the Workspace tab links to Open sending domains, where you can see and recheck every domain. See Sending domains.

Mailbox safety

The safety policy pauses a mailbox automatically when delivery signals suggest a problem with your email host or your sender reputation.

Setting Default Meaning
Automatic safety pause On Pause a mailbox when the thresholds below are reached.
Provider failures before pausing 5 Authentication, network, throttling and other email host failures counted together.
Failure window (minutes) 30 The period in which those failures are counted.
High bounce-rate threshold (%) 10 After at least 10 sent messages, pause when confirmed bounces reach this rate.
Bounce-rate window (days) 30 The period used for the bounce rate.

Select Save safety settings.

Note

A recipient address that simply doesn't exist does not count as a provider failure. It bounces that one lead but doesn't pause your mailbox.

When a mailbox is paused for safety, only the owner can resume it, through a guided review. See Mailbox recovery.

Notification preferences

Choose which updates reach you in the app and by email. Everyone else in the workspace makes the same choices for themselves from Notifications → Preferences. See Notifications. Critical mailbox safety emails always stay on.

How to transfer ownership

  1. Open Settings → Organization and find Workspace ownership.
  2. Under New owner, choose an active member of your team.
  3. Select Transfer ownership, read the dialog, then Confirm transfer.

The new person becomes the owner immediately and your role changes to manager. The change is recorded in Workspace activity.

Warning

After the transfer you lose access to Settings, Organization and Subscription. Only the new owner can transfer ownership back.

Workspace activity

Workspace activity is a read-only record of profile, safety, default and ownership changes, with who made each change and when. Use Previous and Next to page through it.
