Notifications¶
Cadensiq tells you when something important happens: a campaign is ready to review or finishes, a mailbox needs attention, an import completes, a writing-assistant draft is ready, or an Inbox reminder is due. Notifications are short and link straight to the right page. Some can also reach you by email.
Who can use this¶
Everyone in the workspace. You see notifications meant for you, such as updates on campaigns you created, imports you started and reminders assigned to you. Mailbox safety alerts go to the owner.

Cadensiq never creates one notification per recipient. A campaign notifies you about milestones only.
Calm alerts¶
Brief connection hiccups don't trigger alerts. A mailbox inbox-sync alert is sent only after several failures in a row, and one recovery notification follows once things work again.
How to read notifications¶
- Select the bell in the header. Notifications shows your latest updates; unread ones are marked Unread.
- Select a notification to open the related page.
- Select Mark all read to clear the badge, or See all for the full history.
On the Notifications page you can filter by All, Campaigns, Mailboxes, Imports or Workspace, and switch on Unread only. Items are grouped into Today, Yesterday and Earlier.
How to choose which notifications you get¶
Everyone chooses for themselves. Open Notifications and select Preferences (the My notifications page). Owners can also find the same choices in Settings → Notifications.
- In-app notifications: Campaign updates, Mailbox updates, Import updates, AI updates.
- Email notifications: Email updates (master switch), Campaign emails, Mailbox emails, Import emails, AI emails, Inbox reminders.
Select Save notification preferences.
Note
Critical mailbox safety emails are always sent, so a sending risk is never hidden.
Rules to know¶
- Notification emails come from Cadensiq, not from your own mailbox, and never go to your prospects.
- Reading a notification in one place marks it read everywhere.
